I am here to listen is a reminder that people are there to listen to you, If you reach out and share your problems the right individuals will help you and encourage you to be your confident selves and uplift.
This sweatshirt is also a reminder that we should offer to listen to others and encourage individuals to speak up about their mental health.
Remember you are only human, therefore you are allowed to make mistakes, you’re allowed to feel what you want to feel. There is only so much we can do sometimes before it gets too much, we are only allowed to take a break and not over exhaust ourselves. However, the only human t-shirt is a reminder to everyone to be respectful and kind towards when they have downfalls, encourage them and help them to pick themselves and be confident.
