Shopping Basics

Once an order has successfully been placed, you should receive a confirmation order. However, if you have not received one it may be due to either an incorrect email or a system fault. You can contact us to get this issue resolved.

You will receive a shipping email confirmation once your order has been packaged and dispatched. Please expect parcels to arrive between 10-21 days (shipment times can vary depending on destination). You can track your parcel’s journey using the tracking link provided.

We do ship internationally, this does cause shipping costs to alter depending on the recipients destination country.

Underneath each product there is a size guide link that provides measurements for all sizes. You can also check out our size guide page.

Unfortunately, we don’t provide customisation for gifts, however we can leave a note on the packing slip.

We do have products for not only women but also men and children. Products which are labelled unisex are both for men and women.

Unfortunately, we can’t take liability if you order the wrong size/colour. We are unable to exchange this.

However if your order hasn’t been fulfilled, both size and colour can be changed. In order to find out whether your order has been fulfilled please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Unfortunately, we can’t take liability if you order to the wrong address. However, if your order hasn’t yet been fulfilled we are able to change the address. Fullfilment can take place between 2-7 days therefore please contact us as soon as possible and we will try and help you as best as we can.

Your order can only be cancelled if it hasn’t been fulfilment, fulfilment can take take anywhere up to 2-7 days so please ensure to contact us as soon as possible.
